Our Tour is a nice combination of the main atractions of Arequipa city center and the “San Camilo Market”, a popular place that was opened to the public for the first time in 1881 and it was declared Historical Heritage in l987.

Our experience starts with a visit to the distric of Yanahuara with its beautiful plaza, church and where we’ll have a view over the old part of the city with its volcanoes. Then, we will drive to the popular San Camilo market and observing a bit of the daily life of arequipeños, many products such as groceries, flowers, clothes etc. We will be closing our tour visiting to the historical city center of Arequipa and the Main Plaza.

    We had a fun and educational private Colca Valley tour and road trips with Ramiro (guide) and Herbert (driver) from Giardino Tours. They picked us up from the Arequipa airport, took us to our accommodations at Colca Lodge, took us on a beautiful hike to the isolated Chimpa Fortress...     We went on a two-day tour with Luis and Julio and it was amazing! Luis speaks very good English and knows a lot about the history and culture of is own country. At every question, he could easily give you a good answer and explainating. Julio was a very good driver. We felt very safe and he stopt at the best spots for pictures. This was one of the best trips during our stay in Peru. We highly recommend this tour guide!
